Annual Loyalty Membership Plan

(Recommended: priority service, ensures space availability for next year, waves application fee for next year, and provides other attractive perks)

RATE: $11.00 per linear foot of the boat/vehicle per month. For example, a 20-foot boat on a trailer costs $220 per month

Regular Rate: $18.00. You save over 38%

Duration: 1 year (12-month contract)
Features: Significant savings for long-term storage
Loyalty Program: Ensure your storage space remains available yearly
No winterization is needed. Temperature is monitored electronically and does not drop below 45 degrees in winter

Seasonal Storage Plan

RATE: $14.00 per linear foot of the boat/vehicle per month. For example, a 20-foot boat on a trailer costs $280 per month

Regular Rate: $18.00. You save over 22%

Duration: 8 months contract (Oct 1st, 2024 – May 31st, 2025)
Features: Perfect for storing items during the off-season, such as boats
No winterization is needed. Temperature is monitored electronically and does not drop below 45 degrees in winter

Monthly Storage Plan

RATE: $18.00 per linear foot of the boat/vehicle per month. For example, a 20-foot boat on a trailer costs $360 per month.
Duration: Month-to-month
Features: Ideal for short-term storage with the flexibility to cancel anytime
No winterization is needed. Temperature is monitored electronically and does not drop below 45 degrees in winter

Important Notice

We measure the total length of your item, including any attachments like trailers. For billing purposes, we always round up to the next full foot. For example, if your item measures 18’ 3”, it will be rounded to 19’.
